Organizations of all sizes and across all industries are facing unprecedented challenges driven by economic uncertainty, shifting customer preferences, evolving government policies, workforce shortages, and rising operating costs. Organizations that provide valuable services to our communities, such as home health agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, nonprofits, and small to medium-sized businesses, are particularly vulnerable in today's environment.
