Refund Policy

We understand that schedules change and unexpected circumstances arise. To support participants while maintaining the integrity of the program, the following refund policy applies to all registrations: 

 

Cancellation & Refund Timeline 

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the first session are eligible for a full refund. 

• Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made 7–13 days before the first session are eligible for a 50% refund. 

• No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the first session or after the program has begun are not eligible for a refund. Participants will still receive access to session recordings and materials.

Transfer & Substitution Options 

If you are unable to attend: 

• You may transfer your registration to a future cohort (if available) at no additional cost when requested before the first session. 

• You may substitute another participant from your organization at any time before the program begins. 

 

Program Cancellations 

If the program is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers: 

• Participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to a future cohort. 

 

Non-Attendance 

• Failure to attend sessions (live or recorded) does not qualify for a refund. 

 

How to Request a Refund 

• All refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@deyoung-consulting.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
