Service Description
Transitioning from an independent contributor to a managerial role is a significant career milestone, but it comes with its own challenges. According to CEB Global Research, 60% of new managers fail within the first 24 months in their new role, and the result of their failure can be costly for organizations. The shift in mindset from being responsible for only personal productivity and well-being to being responsible for the productivity and well-being of others can be challenging. Whether you are a new leader or currently a frontline manager, this cohort will help you build foundational leadership skills, confidence, and clarity in role expectations. Participants will learn how to lead teams effectively, communicate with impact, and manage performance. Key Topics: • Self-leadership: Understanding yourself and your strengths. • Transitioning from peer to leader • Building trust and credibility • Giving and receiving feedback • Time management and delegation • Team development Includes assessments, materials, and technology needed for the training.
